No. Standard plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Custom portals may require separate development terms when substantial custom work is involved.
You do. Your domain is registered in your business name. Cedarwork can manage DNS and renewal while your subscription is active, but the domain remains yours.
Cedarwork retains the design, source code, platform and reusable components while you subscribe. You own your brand, content, customer information and business data.
The managed website is archived after the notice period. We can provide a neutral one-page presence or arrange a website buyout and transfer. Your domain and business data remain yours.
Standard managed hosting is included. Shopify, premium applications, payment-processing fees, specialist email services and unusually high usage are charged separately and approved before use.
